1. BDM: - Business Devolvement Manage

Qualification: - MBA preference to the fresher
Salary Package: - CTC Rs 2.5 lacs Per annum.
2 weeks training will be provided to the selected candidates.
Location anywhere in India


Responsibilities and Requirements
- To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities,
- Meeting with Training Managers & HR heads of corporate & Colleges making them aware of JOSIAH TECHNOLOGY offerings. (Various courses)
- Working closely with clients to analyze requirements and propose solutions accordingly.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
- Gathering market and customer information;
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- To achieve the set target in the stipulated time frame.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
- Cold calling, mailers, meeting the client in person, maintaining a proper relation with the clients.
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Able to achieve the targets.


2. Technical Associate

Qualification: - Valid Minimum Graduation Degree
Preference will be given to the fresher.
3 months training will be provided to the selected candidates.
Salary Package: - CTC Rs 1.4 lacs Per annum.
Location anywhere in India


Responsibilities and Requirements
- Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems;
- Ensuring that all IT equipment complies with industry standards;
- Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password;
- Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security, particularly if the network connects to the internet;
- Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence;
- Able to deliver Training to retail as well as corporate training
- Supervising other staff, such as help-desk technicians;
- Working closely with other departments/organizations and collaborating with other IT staff;
- Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work;
