Cisco Certified Network Professional Voice (CCNP Voice)

The Cisco Certified Network Professional Voice (CCNP Voice) is an advanced level Cisco certification that validates advanced knowledge and skills required by Network Engineers to implement and manage network architecture and provide unified communications services. The CCNP voice is formerly known as Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP) and has been renamed to provide a professional demarcation between unified communications IT and Cisco voice professionals in alliance with Cisco Voice certification.

Our curriculum focuses on Cisco Unified Communications Manager (formerly Unified Call Manager), quality of service (QoS), gateways, gatekeepers, IP phones, voice applications, and utilities on Cisco routers and Cisco Catalyst switches. Additionally, it focuses on optimizing these technologies in an integrated network unified communications solution. All CCNP Voice certified professionals acquire special skill in implementing, operating, configuring, and troubleshooting a converged IP network.
